Our Policies


Safer Vapors warrants to the original purchaser that all of our electronic products will be free of defects for 30 days from the purchase date. With the many things that can happen to electronic cigarettes, such as being dropped on hard surfaces, getting them wet, getting dirt or liquid inside, etc, it is not feasible for us to warranty beyond this timeframe. This warranty applies to any starter kit or electronic product purchased at and excludes consumable products like cartridges, cartomizers, clearomizers, tanks and e-liquid, which are non-returnable & non-exchangeable. In-store policies, pricing, and offerings may vary. Incorrect items received due to our error are exchangeable regardless of their nature.

Our warranty does not cover defects caused by:

1. Modification, alteration, repair or service of your product by anyone other than a Safer Vapors employee or representative.

2. Physical abuse, misuse of the product, or operation of the product for other than its intended use. If the item has been tampered with in any way, warranty is void.

Returns & Exchange:

Subject to the above warranty, in the unlikely event that you receive a malfunctioning product from us, we will be happy to exchange it for you within 30 days of the purchase date. To make an exchange, follow the simple steps below:

1. Send us an email at to get a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). In your email, please provide your full contact information including phone number and email address, purchase date, shipping address, and a detailed explanation of the problem you are experiencing with your product. All this information is needed to process your request. Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of the date of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange requests that do not meet these requirements.

2. Within 24 hours of receipt of your email, we will review the information provided and contact you via email with your RMA number. Please do not send any products to us until you have received this number. After you receive your RMA number, you should securely package your product in a suitable box or padded envelope, and include in the package a copy of the email that you received from us with the RMA number.

3. Your new item will ship to you the same day that we receive your package if possible, and if not, the very next day - guaranteed. We will send an email letting you know that your item has shipped with an estimated delivery date. If the replacement item is not in stock, we will offer a solution of equal or greater value at no additional cost, or you may choose to wait until it is in stock.

Safer Vapors offers a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee on all the electronic cigarette starter kits sold on this site. This does not apply to in-store purchases, which are non-returnable unless defective, in which case they are exchangeable. This money back guarantee applies only to starter kits in their original, undamaged packaging. The customer is responsible for the costs of any cartridge or cartomizer 5-packs and/or e-liquid, and for the return shipping costs. Safer Vapors will refund the original shipping costs. Starter kits that show abuse or damage will not be refunded. To return your kit within 30 days for a refund, please contact us and follow the same steps as stated above for exchanging an item.

A Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) is necessary for all returns and exchanges. We reserve the right to refuse any refund or to give a partial refund for any request that does not meet these requirements.


We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders where the product total is $75 or more to anywhere in the continental U.S. For all other orders, we charge a flat rate of $5.95 for standard shipping. Shipping actually costs more than what we charge our customers in many instances, but we want to keep it simple and let our customers know exactly what their order will cost before they submit their payment information. No surprises.

Our standard shipping is via USPS Priority Mail, First-Class Mail and UPS Ground. Faster shipping options available. Just send us an email with your shipping address and desired method of shipping and we will send you an email with the exact cost and estimated delivery date.

All orders for in-stock items placed before 2:30pm EST ship the same day. Orders placed after 2:30pm may ship the same day, but if not, will ship on the following day. Weekend orders will ship on Monday, unless there is a holiday that interrupts the shipping schedule.
